The rest of Pattaya is kind of BS you do have some action available, but the quality of the women for anything less than fifty dollars is ridiculous. The services offered you guys act like it's a special thing to have kissing in GFE. We control the market, but all of you just take whatever they give you rather than refusing and making them hungry again.

The biggest problems of course, is with the Asians. They are overpaying the girls so that they can take the best for themselves.

I can understand not liking Thailand. My first time here and I'm not sure if I'll return. In my case it's the climate and I'm not currently at 100%, so my opinions are slightly skewed. I have been enjoying the food, the people are nice, the women have been treating me very well and the sex services have exceeded my expectations. In the looks department, the women are not at the level I hoped for. Too many are too old, too fat or too ugly for my tastes, but finding girls who fit my taste hasn't been a problem when I am willing to make an effort.

I don't look at kissing in GFE as a big deal. However, if a girl initiates the kissing, if she hungrily attacks my face and shows passion, I give that a thumbs up, and that's what I've been seeing. I do take what they give, once negotiations are settled. However, I don't negotiate every little detail. Agree on price and get to it. Everything flows naturally. There are many things linked to prostitution in Thailand that are illegal, including in certain cases, the act itself. As shown in ETs posts on this, pimping in illegal. (Section 9 below) Soliciting prostitution is illegal, IF it is done in "an an open and shameful manner or causes nuisance to the public. " (Section 5).

Advertising it is illegal. Certain acts in prostitution establishments are illegal. And on and on.

Those are things the police are looking for. The arrests are, presumably, for violations of these sections.

This is not what the discussion is about. Many people like to parrot other people, who themselves are wrong. They're not interested in whether or not what they say is actually true. Everyone who makes the blanket statement that prostitution is illegal in Thailand is wrong.

If prostitution itself was illegal, the law would just say that, as the law in my home state does.

That's it. Is the act of murder illegal in the Kingdom? Yes it is. See Title X, Chapter 1, Section 288. Now somewhere in the penal code murder will be defined, but notice there are no qualifiers, nothing about- only if done in a certain manner in a certain place, committed upon a person of a certain age, etc.

Is the act of prostitution illegal in the Kingdom? Show me the statute that declares it is.
