If he has the clap he should not take penicillin or amoxicillin. The recommended fist line medication is Doxycycline 100 MG twice per day for 10 days and a 500 MG I'm injection of ceftriaxone. Both are available without a prescription in Colombia and they can administer the injection in a back room at the pharmacy for like $5.

Alternatively azythromycin can be taken instead of doxycycline 1500 MG taken all at once plus the ceftriaxone is not first line defense anymore but it still works.

Also taking doxycycline 100 MG once per day as a Pre-exposure profilaxis will stop gonorrhea from ever happening in the first place. Just make sure to eat something when you take it or it will fuck you up. It also keeps malaria from starting too if you would happen to be in an area where malaria is endemic. And in my experience it is also clearing up my acne and pimples that I used to have. Also look into getting a vaccine called Bexsero which is actually for Meningitis but has been shown to be up to 40% effective against bacterial gonorrhea.

For herpes acyclovir cream won't do shit. You want to get the pills not the cream but actually you want Valacyclovir as it works much more efficiently. Get the 1000 MG valacyclovir pills (genfar or MK and AG brands are fine) and take two per day (once every 12 hours) as soon as you feel an outbreak coming on, preferably before any blisters come up. Take the valacyclovir for 5 days and then you will see that the blisters stopped before they even started. There are currently several vaccines for HSV2 (genital herpes)​in development by companies such as moderna and others and they are in phase 1 and phase 2 trials at the University of Pennsylvania in the US but they may be several years away from being approved and available to the public.

I'm not a doctor but I know these methods are tried and true from my own personal experience over the years.
