All the shops are in the process of shutting down on 24/1. I assume the owner has sold the land and it is going to be developed soon. One of the questions, is 24/1 a private drive or a public road? If it is a private drive then development will be significantly easier. The plot of land it appears extends all the way back to the bank.

What Thermae girls are quoting and what they will accept is not necessarily the same thing. If only some knew not to take the first offer as a final offer, they might learn that there is often ample room for negotiation, either on price or terms. Some might want to get to a lower price. Some might want to get to "assured" terms for specific services. Depending on the outcome you desire, that should dictate your negotiating approach. Whatever the case, just because the girl has quoted a initial number you might consider high, I would encourage punters not to immediately bail, but go another round of discussion to see if there is flexibility.

IMO, only guys with more baht than brains pay these amounts. If dudes keep paying this, in another year it will be 2000 BF and 5000ST. And, for sure, idiots will be paying it.

Sam, I did scan the first few pages of your posts, but I couldn't find any specific field reports where you are showing your more brains than bhat techniques and experiences to get STs and lower barfines at Rainbow quality gogo venues at lower costs. Post a link in case I missed it, or better yet some juicy detail with pics.

Here is an example of a Soi Cowboy takeout. Pre-pandemic, 2500 bhat ST which included all the service bells and whistles that are important to me. Too pricey for some? Europe, US, Australia, Africa is full of non Asian girls. Why are you going to Bangkok to look for them? If you must, the Indian clubs have Uzbeki and other CIS girls and there are always some African skanks along Sukhumvit.

I know exactly how you feel.

Not really BKK related of course but very interesting comments. I'm 62 and for the past few years have seen a decline whereby my refractory period has elongated. I felt blessed in my early 50's that I could repeat after a 2-3 hour rest. But those days have gone. I'm well sated now with one pop a day. I quite like the GCs in Pattaya and provided I'm there early afternoon then after a decent recovery period I can just about still get another off in the evening if the company is particularly alluring. An average looking girl isn't going to get me there for a 2nd pop. But even if I do have a day when I'm still able to enjoy two rounds, that is definitely not going to be repeated the next day when one shot is then definitely going to be enough. But I haven't yet got to a stage where I need a day off unless perhaps I've had 5-6 days of play in which case I might want a days rest almost to stop it becoming monotonous!

But not liking the sound of getting into my 70's. Whilst that's some years off for me it's making me think I should make the most of current capabilities / faculties perhaps more than I do!

I've taken 2 girls ST from Rainbow 5 in the past month. Both were 4000ST + 1000 BF.

At the less popular Gogos in Nana I still get quoted 3000ST + 1000 BF.

Hey guys, I will be visiting BKK next week. My first visit. I am staying at S15 right next door to Thermae. My question is: where can I find the non-Asian working girls? Dropped into the Thermae at about 9:30 pm. As usual the guy at the door directs you to go get a drink. I grab a Thai Tea with lemon. The place was getting pretty packed. I take a few laps around the track and check out over 100 ladies. Great selection but it's hard when you can't have all the ones that you want. They need to replace the flooring because alI the walking has worn it down in places. I only spot about 6 non-asian guys in the mix and the rest are Asian guys. The girls are throwing lots of smiles my way. I chat up a few and all reply with 3 K for ST. After a while I return to a stunner and negotiate 2. 5 K to seal the deal. She knows where a ST hotel is for 300 be but unfortunately there were no vacancies at the time. Trying to remember where it was. Winded up going to Atlas on 7/1.

Of all the sights to behold you notice the floor!! What did you do on the worn floor. Fall flat on your face or something in front of the girls? Can't be anything as bad as trying to navigate some of the narrow paths etc on the Soi's, it's taking your life into your own hands every day.

How easy is the connection at Phaya Thai if you have luggage?

I typically do this with a backpack and a roller suitcase. If all the elevators are working it is doable. But take into account the heat. I go to Makkasan and change to the subway, works for me but would I do it daily? Certainly not. But during rush hour it saves you 1 to 2 hours. And at night I paid once 230 baht from the airport to Soi cowboy. So it depends.

I travel with a large case, which is why I usually take a cab from BKK to SUK. Not worried about the cost, but the traffic around the Asok junction can be a nightmare. I normally stay on SOI 8, but it is far easier with the traffic if you stay on the other side of the main road (Soi 11 area).

There are escalators as well on Phaya Thai. So if the elevators are not working, you don't have to drag your large case down a stairway.
But if the escalators are not working either, you're screwed. But personally I've never experienced them being out of order.
