First I think you should get the idea out of your head that clubs are not discreet. Anyone who is at Nana plaza say is playing the same game as you. You don't worry about being seen because you are on the same team!

All the shops are in the process of shutting down on 24/1. I assume the owner has sold the land and it is going to be developed soon. One of the questions, is 24/1 a private drive or a public road? If only some knew not to take the first offer as a final offer, they might learn that there is often ample room for negotiation, either on price or terms. Some might want to get to a lower price. Some might want to get to "assured" terms for specific services. Depending on the outcome you desire, that should dictate your negotiating approach. Whatever the case, just because the girl has quoted a initial number you might consider high, I would encourage punters not to immediately bail, but go another round of discussion to see if there is flexibility.
