Saki Naka and around are prime scam areas IMO. I would never meet anyone there. Fab hotel chains there are known for scams from what I have heard.

Personally, I've found that a spa is more about body relaxation, with maybe some action at the end. It definitely eases your body if you get a good masseuse.
