They don't seem to have a number. In general, for Guwahati spas, is a walk-in good enough or one has to book a slot in advance? (Like the popular spas in Delhi and Kolkata?

I don't think it's an issue because they raided fablooks. There are multiple spas in that building and that too in every floor. I have to visit near the building for work and have seen many gems entering that building. Earlier I have used True spa which closed down due to fight between 2 owners. One owner was also the owner of Opus.

The girl who caused the fight now owns the spa in the woodland building.

I would suggest to avoid shima plaza as there was a raid in Fablooks spa last month.

You could try the spa at the building having woodlands store.

This is late post. Been to ghy 2 months back and wanted to try getting my hands on SP, contacted some of my friends and got 2 SP, the rate quoted was very high around 15 k night.

Day 1 - Entered the MP beside H Asian p. There were 4 birds and selected one naga girl. After 10 minutes, asked for FS and settled at 2 k. Service was exceptional. Total damage was 1 k+2 k. She also agreed for outcall and took her digits.
