I might look for a walk in clinic here. My family doc is a bit of a man hating femnazi so I wouldn't be surprised if my wife "accidentally" got to see my records. Not good indeed. There is no way I'd resort to buying off the street on Burgos, AC etc. Maybe a legit PI Pharmacy but never a street vendor.

I'm not a fan of surprises so I do get regular before and after tests. I'm not going to say that I've been totally incident free but I've been at this a long time and never had anything that a jab or a week's tablets wouldn't fix. Hopefully not famous last words. 😁.

I think I just got lucky with my female doc in Australia G.

No wife or partner at home to worry about, so that helps.

She actually gets it, that while I travel for business most of the time, the bulk of it is fondling fun.

She's single and drinks a lot. Has given up the smokes a while back.

Kinda down to earth, you might say.

Regular tests done and she knows what to look for.

Street tabs are definitely not recommended by her, including vitamin see & V. A lot are now coming out of India in mass production factories with no obvious regulations in place according to her.

So I'm sure she could assist. She does my bloods on average every three months, and surprisingly the liver's perfect. We check for everything including STD's.

However, I'm also wondering if that stuff works or is worth it.

Most western countries now screen their international post for meds so the Online Pharmacies are not as reliable as before. I've had meds seized before and receiving numerous emails about them could be hard to explain.

Am I the odd man out? I get 800 pics and videos sent to me everyday by chicks I have fucked and I never even look at them. The last thing I want is to be inundated by pics and videos of someone I have already done all that stuff with live. Giving someone money for that shit? Never!

I missed seeing this previously. I'm the opposite; if she wants to send something, great. If not, I have some precious memories.

These are the things a fella puts up with in Phils.

The big difference is that both of you keep your play phones active and meet girls 24/7/365. I put my phone away after returning and literally don't even turn it on until heading back to the airport for my next trip. I will have a few unread messages but the old girls already know it's a pointless exercise and the new girls soon give up.

On day two I traveled to Perimeter. I always have to make an effort to get down there, since I refuse to engage with the trike guys on Walking St. I probably picked a bad time, Sunday at 2 pm. All the girls must have been in church, as the bars were practically empty, with maybe only one or two older ladies. The exemption was Garfield's Last Stand, which had about a dozen ladies standing in a corner when I poked my head in. None of them really appealed to me though.

On a side note, who names these places? What does "Garfield's Last Stand" even mean?

On the way back I checked out the new City Side mall, which is now accessible from Don Juico Ave. What a stupid mall. It's mostly emtpy. You have to keep going outside and back inside and up and down escalators to get to the different building. There's nothing there of value.

I went out again on Walking / Red St around six. I wanted to check out the new Arcadia. Ten years ago this place was a sight to behold, packed to the gills with 18,19, 20 year olds in bikinis and skirts. I managed to pull a 19 year old for a multi day GFE. Then covid hit and it became Genesis, a Korean-style place, but it did still have some pretties.

Under the new name it's still Korean-style, but all the customers were white, and the mama who sat next to me said the customers were mostly white. The girls wear their own outfits, and they were standing and active the whole time I was there, not sitting around on their phones. There are some cuties. One with glasses caught my eye, which I'm a sucker for. Also another I liked appeared. But in these K bars the girls don't look at you and smile, so you have to make an effort to call one down and hope for the best. Since it was the first bar of the night I didn't feel like doing that.

I checked out Shooters, which had super-hot girls the last couple times I was there. But not so tonight.

Regarding where I got the PREP meds, I used this website: https://preponline.st/buy-prep/, and it was legit. I've used it for a few year. It takes some time for meds to arrive, since they shipped from either India, HK or Singapore, I can't remember. If you're American, I'm not sure if it still works due to the administration's tariffs and the removal of the de minimums exception for shipments worth less than $50. I got mine early last year.

Note that the website has changed three times. They emailed me with the new address each time. So sign up to their mailing list to keep up.

But the things they say when messaging. Too funny sometimes. This is one my regulars in Malate. She's been having breakups with the boyfie since they got together just before covid. Speaking of. When I retired I lost my employer's medical insurance. Went to a walk-in clinic that I'd used previously, signed in, and saw the doctor for my ongoing cold/flu symptoms, got an antibiotic script. Settling the bill upon departure, my previous $30 co-pay was no longer in place, and the bill was $250 USD. That's was the charge at the time for a 5-minute / antibiotic doctor's visit. One can imagine what it is now.

First trip back in six months. Hellish 14 hour flight from Chicago was delayed, so Cathay Pacific put us all up in HK. But the Genesis Bus from NAIA Terminal 3 is easy peasy.

Got into town around five on Saturday night and cleaned up and unpacked. Staying in a One Euphoria Airbnb, which is always a nice place and only a two minute walk to the bars. Went out at 7 pm. Walking Street was packed on Saturday night. Kokomo's was full, so I had a mediocre dinner at Gossip.

Q Bar was great last year, packed with cuties, so it was my first stop. Not as many girls last night, but some were young and cute. Three young cuties sat right next to me, they must have only been 18. They promptly got out their phones and played games. There was nothing stopping me from chatting with the girl sitting next to me, but I wasn't feeling charismatic due to the jet lag. But I asked her her name and what she was playing.
