Has anyone been to So Paulo or Rio in June / July? I know it's considered the winter season for them but temp wise it's about 65-70 degrees which doesn't seem bad to me at all. But how's the hobbying scene? Is it impacted by the weather? Would love some thoughts from anyone that has gone during these months. Thanks in advance.

Not bad at all. Only down sides are on the colder nights the large outdoor terrace in Scandallo, not many people go out. Seen it closed. There are rare cold spells when it will go down close to freezing esp at night and the heaters in lower end Clínicas and girls apts struggle. Though can make for some nice intense cuddling sessions under blankets.

Good advice Tochka. I found Apple motel from posts here on ISG, and some googling on the good love motels around SP. I went there on a Sunday, not from Scandallo but from a different part of town. Lush seems like the best choice if you're starting at Scandallo, Apple was nicer in some ways (my room had 3 levels with a hot tub on the top level, a few porn channels on the tv at Apple but we had trouble getting porn on the tv at Lush) - but the experience at both was close enough that I wouldn't go out of my way for one of them over the other. The love motel concept is great, but like Scandallo, they require IDs so anonymity is out the window (the girls don't see my ID, but the business does. BTW, the girls need to bring ID too, and I don't look at their ID). Also at each love motel they took forever to check us in: 5-10 minutes with our IDs, entering our information into the computer, while the uber driver just waits with you outside the gate. Small inconvenience but those few minutes feel long when you're with with a girl in the back seat waiting to get to your room.

I've been to Sao Paulo during those months, and the mongering was great. No adverse impact at all, and not cold per my North American standards. But still, I vowed to never go to Brazil again then because I prefer the energy that comes with the warmer months down there.

I speak no Portuguese, have visited quite a few European clubs (Globe is the only one I still like), and went exclusively with Scandallo on my first visit. I enjoyed reading your trip report, NF4591, all of it, the good and the not so good. KKK. As The Cane relates, I too have never experienced an "Alice" treatment in Scan, nor can I remember any Scan girls trying to upsell me other than the occasional girl offering BBFS or anal for 100 or 200 on top of what we agreed to in the bar. On Alice, you know what you did wrong. I was really surprised to read this. I've not experienced anything like this ever at Scandallo. Not even close. And I must disagree with your last statement quoted here. That type of girl does exist at Scandallo as it's the only kind of Scandallo girl I have ever gone to the room with. That said, there is at least one shark in every crowd, and for whatever reason, some of those girls felt like they could play you. Maybe because they saw you in there several nights in a row and figured you were a "whale" with money to spend, which made you a "mark" for a shark. I don't know. But, I have never experienced anything like it at Scandallo, and I hope it's not signs of a growing trend. I would have reported the behavior of the one who ate sushi on your dime then said she was too tired to fuck! Don't let them get away with that! Report it to management! Even if things don't go your way, now the girl becomes a "mark" herself, and if the club gets anymore negative customer feedback about her, then her ass is gone! Next time, do yourself a favor and take some time to partake at some of the other good clubs in Sampa like Casarao and Gauguin. You're traveling all that way, man make the most of it!

Very nice hotel but I wouldn't stay there again for this type of trip: very premium pricing that I'd only pay for group travel with friends / family, lots of amenities on-site that I wasn't using, and lots of staff everywhere, which made me feel like too many eyes on me. Tuesday: I was wiped out, I don't know how you guys do this for so many days in a row. I had been exchanging messages with Chicago and considered going with him and some other ISGers to Gauguin. I decided not to, and instead spent a few hours at Scandallo. I met a girl in the restaurant (Mary, tall black girl with great English). I had a good time but was headed back to my hotel by 10 pm for a good night's sleep. It was great to get the sleep, but I do wish I had checked out Gauguin too.

Wednesday: Scandallo again, starting in the early afternoon. I had a session with a girl that was good but not memorable (2 hours for 1800 BRL), then met up with Chicago and a few ISGers. It was a great way to pass time between sessions, and it was good meeting you guys. We spent some time on the patio, then got a table in the club and ended up parting ways as we found girls we liked. I found a skinny girl that I found attractive, spent some time talking via app and drinking for an hour or so, then took her to a room for a couple hours and the waiters kept my bottle for a future visit. It was a great session, and I took the girl's number to meet the next day.

Thursday: I met the Scandallo girl from the day before, agreed to meet at a bar in town, and she was hitting me up all day for her to bring a friend too. She sent me pics of the friend, I was mildly interested but not very into it, but I finally agreed to take the girl and her friend all night for 5 k BRL. So, it was another good trip overall but some lessons I learned:

- I didn't even try ATMs this time because they were so much of a hassle last time. I just took a bunch of BRL cash, and fortunately that was enough.

- A big chain hotel is great, no need for ultra-premium options, I'll save those for a different type of vacation. I'll probably stick with the Renaissance on future trips, unless I see reasons here on ISG to try other places.

- Girls will negotiate for whatever they can get, I don't fault them for it but learned the lesson again to stand my ground respectfully instead of agreeing to whatever they ask.

- Girls will be late. Don't stress out about it and maybe have them meet at my hotel bar so that I can go downstairs after they tell me they're arriving, instead of venturing out to a restaurant or bar and waiting outside for them.

- These girls don't seem to share my view of what dressing modestly in public means. In future trips I think I'd avoid mainstream restaurants with these girls, I just feel like too much of a spectacle. But maybe I'm overthinking this.

- The friend a girl wants to bring seems to never work out if I haven't met the friend before. I need to train myself to just say no.

- Meeting other guys, here on ISG or other places, is helpful to pass time between sessions and also seems to communicate some non-newbie credibility to the girls. I'll probably keep finding other guys here on future trips so we can grab a drink between sessions.

- Anonymity works for areas of Scandallo, but not all of it: they check your ID when you come in and enter it into their computers, then the bottles that you buy are tied to that ID so that on future trips they can pull up your bottle. But when you go to the room they just ask for a name for reference, they don't even take your tab to tie your room to your restaurant account. Finally when you exit, you see the name from your ID on the exit receipt. The only way to anonymity that I can imagine is to give them a fake ID, but that seems like a risky thing to get, and a risky thing to travel with.

- I wish I had tried other clubs. Scandallo was great but it leaves me paying a premium and it sounds like there are lot of great options to explore in future trips.

Please add the cards to apple pay as well. I was using apple pay everywhere instead of tapping my physical cards.
