The doors in the front (7 & 8) are Spa Piel Canela. They have some nicer and bigger rooms than the other doors on the side and the back, including some rooms with beds. But they also charge more than the others, and they upsell like crazy in there.

There are areas similar to El Poblado, but not really like Parque Lleras or the immediate area around it. So in the more affluent areas of Bogota similar to Poblado, you will not see streetwalkers.
