As the original poster of the payment for what I received. I understand we want to regulate pricing. I will say this. I did not pay a cheap working girl from Santa Fe 200 $. I paid a good low key woman I meet that I had a real vibe with. Dinner drinks and all night session. All I wanted great quality. I paid for quality and time. It is my money I choose how I spend it. Now I have also spent a small amount of time in Santa Fe. And throughly enjoyed that also. And I paid 120000 pesos each time for a great solid piece of ass. I like it there too. But those women won't have the conversation or the vibe that I am looking for. If you go back and read threads some one had asked about seeking. Which I said I used. And I have. I said some wanted lots of money. Like 200 $ for two hours. I did not say I paid them that. However I also won't deny that I am not willing to pay for quality time. Most of the time I am like everyone else. And I will look for the value in meeting someone I may enjoy. After all part of what make this fun is working out a deal that you want. Negotiations can be their own form of entertainment. Also I know what I want from, who I get it from. That being said I appreciate your opinion that we should keep prices lower. But also I won't be told what I can do with the money I have. We are not all 6 ft tall blue eyes trust fund babies. We work with what we got. Sometimes I want more then some girl I meet in a club or on the street. And I have met some great girls on the street as well. But I work the deals I want to make. The idea is pretty simple to understand. They want everyone to unite to control pricing. The goal being to keep prices low so they can afford the hobby.

Inflation has definitely pushed prices up. More punters coming to Colombia has definitely pushed prices up. Prices in Santa Fe have doubled in the last 3 to 4 years.

Can't blame the guy for wanting to keep it affordable. Not everyone is super rich. On the other hand, its probably not worth the effort, most people don't want to be told what they should do with their money and are going to do what they are going to do, regardless.

They make some good points though, do you expect to pay the same price for hotels in Colombia that you do in the USA or other developed countries. Airbnbs? Food? Transportation?

You most likely came to Colombia for cheaper sex and other shit. So you would think they would be interested to know if they were paying more than they needed to for something?.

I have heard about the hooker unions in some venues.

Imagine if you will, a scene where we the customers work as a unified group (or at least try to).

And try to advocate for the best interests of the group as a whole,(or at least try to).

At the end of the day, theres really no stopping price increases, boards like this hurt pricing the worst to be frank. Don't tell people where the best places are to get good deals, people will just ruin it.

I don't really know what's going on but police came and did an inspection for all the clubs on Saturday and now all the clubs (outside of Troya I believe) are closed until Wednesday.

I was in all the clubs except Venus was closed Saturday night-- Pretty good selection in Troya and Fiebre. Cops came into Fiebre about 11 and they turned on the lights spot checked a few people. We sat there for 40 minutes and decided to leave. As I was leaving they were putting a closed notice sticker on the outside. Really seems like a shake down.

They still have blocked off Kr 16 and 16 a to traffic for security there are always cops on those streets. I heard the grenade attack was a couple guys on a bike that threw it as they passed Troya. Reported as being Tren de Arragua. They have really fucked up to do an attack on cartel property in downtown Bogotá -- They Shall Pay.

Well every day here and in place like medellin the regular are seeing dumb noob ruining the market, its ok to tell them they are dumb to do that. I don't see the problem when someone tell you how diumb you are when you pay the price of a rolex for a watch bought in medellin street market. No one care if you throw your money but a lot care about keeping the pirce low.

I have done seeking in Bogota a few times. It works because you can vet the girls better. I try to be careful about the ladies from Venezuela. And I usually make sure I get the girls in the pictures. Most are just cool vibes and you can get better service if you can establish a good connection. That being said it will cost. Literally all of sante Fe is shut down today (3 PM Friday) because of manifestations, political protests though I didn't see anyone protesting LOL. Every shop had their doors shut and there were maybe 100 police in riot gear at the gas station entrance. Not a hoe in sight. On top of that it was pouring rain. So annoying! Took a sidenifal before hand so making my way to up to chapinero to bounce around the casas there, will report back.

It rains 30% + of the time here --so there is that.

Downtown (where I live) is a bit sketchy but I don't have a problem (knock on wood) I have lived in many bad areas in the USA and I find Bogot much less predatory than any I have lived in--Not really had a problem in 15 yrs.

The thing about safety is that when its dangerous it mean you can theoricaly be more dangerous then the dangerous persons who want to cause you trouble. The big diff I think is that if you have trouble no one is going to come to help you. No cops, no ambulance, no genourous soul. So I guess people think about it twice before searching beef with other punter.

I don't live in Bogota (yet) but this place has lots of charm. When you have a population larger then 1 million it is expected that not everyone can have a good life or that crime will stay low. Or that infrastructure won't be tested. But the times I have visited I have enjoyed. Not just for the sex. Which is awesome. But there is lots to see and do. Bogota is raising on my long term list for the future. Definitely.

Troya is open, I'm not sure if fiebre is. I didn't go in bcz it was pouring rain yesterday, literally a monsoon and I was soaking wet. The guy was trying to lure me in but wasn't feeling it.

Casas are not so good in Bogota. Talent is hit or miss.

And for the price, 120 hh, 160 HR, plus the annoying 20-25 k Uber each way, not really worth it considering the girls don't fckng shower and neither do you (at least in the teusaquillo ones).

So I've given up on casas, the whole thing is too easy, there is no hunt. No rapport. I much prefer SW in sf, you have the hunt, you make the eye contact, build rapport, etc. Bad attitude, see ya!
