Any first hand reports of experiences / impressions about this place? Saw an interview with the owner who said regular priced drinks, rotating entertainment, girls are not employees (freelancers), no bar fine. Took all of half of a second to negotiate a price that was 25% lower and on top of that got great service. I do not know why some act like it takes hours on end to negotiate and assume that if they get a better price then the service will be worse.

I visited The Factory gentleman's club last night. I went around 5:30. Got a beer and shot a couple games of pool while I got a lay of the land. HOPS Brewhouse, on Beach Road. Seafood spaghetti but they also have good pizza. What I like about this place is they make their own brew, which I've developed a taste for. Lager here, but they also brew a wheat beer.
