If the Scan is generally considered one of the better Brazilian venues for likely BBFSCIP and even the most positive testimonial from an experienced Brazil punter and BBFSCIP aficionado such as yourself comes down to 25% on the first session at best, that still fits my previous impression of Brazil ranking very low on my list of must-go-to P4 P destinations. I can't speak for Horse Trader but the reason I asked that question is because I am trying to gauge how far and wide you are going publicly and privately in your mission to "teach" punters, sex workers, Thai police and all legal authorities what, where, how and why non-criminal behavior mentioned nowhere in any Thai legal document is breaking the law, a crime, subject to arrest and punishment, and that any bar, massage shop, nightclub, escort service, hotel, apartment complex and so on, if an otherwise discreet and non criminal agreement to exchange sex for money or money for sex among consenting adults is by your reckoning in the law makes it a "prostitution establishment", has been allowed to take place and therefore ought to be shutdown.
