Simple. If youre scared, dont do it. Im not scared so I use motorbike taxis religiously, Ive also rented one before and drove it (but thats a good way to get a ticket unless you have all the proper documentation). Its not for the faint of heart, motorcycle taxis cut off and drive in between cars that will turn you into a sandwich so this is the risk you have to weigh.

You wont fall off as there are handle bars on the back of the seat you can grab, if you dont want to grab the taxi drivers waist. Local thais dont grab onto anything because they already have the experience of riding them both as drivers and passengers so theyre not worried over some speed.

This is a prime example of why I do not "loan" money to chicks. I had never done it before because I learned from other people's mistakes. But I decided to go ahead and undertake this experiment myself with it being such a meager amount.

On June 5 the chick I pay for sex that works at 7 11 hit me up asking to borrow money. I have known her since before covid and she has never asked before. She said she needed 200 baht for her daughter to go on a field trip at school and she would pay me back on June 10.

I said I am waiting for tomorrow when you give me the other 200 baht back. She said well I will not have the money until the 15th. I say okay I will wait until the 15th. Then she still begs for 200 more baht. I said I can not. I am still waiting for the other 200 baht. Then she changes to wanting 100 baht. I still say no. Then she says why not as if it is my duty to loan money to her. She asks me why I am so mean.

June 15 comes and goes and not a word from her. June 18 I send the QR code so she can send the money back to me. She says why are you so mean. I said you said you will send the money on June 15 and now is June 18. She has not responded since. Today is June 23.

You do it one time and they are going to keep asking on top of not wanting to pay you back to begin with. I threw away 300 baht to learn something that I already knew. Good thing I am not fool enough to do it with thousands or even hundreds of thousands like many guys have done. I am not a financial institution and have no desire to be one.

I went to dozens of go-gos on my last trip and looked at countless lineups and to me this is the result of that legwork. This is why I still go to Pattaya.

Right. That's the oligarchy for you. But there is an easy way to counteract the high bar fines and high girl rates. Don't go there. There are plenty of choices. You can choose to go to the high price places like EverythingThai likes to do, or you can go to the cheaper places and boycott the oligarchy.

Don't get my post wrong although negative doesn't one bit means it comes from the higher priced and I unwilling to pay it.

I said it again I don't care what you or anyone spend when I do go out because of my age and happy I don't have to get all work up over looks prices comfortable that I'm no sex machine reduced urge. If I want to spend the money I will do it and it won't be trying to complete with anyone. But right now I don't find the need to break my self boycott of many places.

As I noted seversl times I've been around all these guys like a fly on the wall heard first hand their plan which is what is happening now. I also have no problem naming the guy Brian Flowers. I like the GoGo, been to ALL of them I usually sit alone if I want to buy drinks I do in limitation or in abundance for girls I've know for long time. Not really. You say Palace is your favorite gogo. If I am correct, every girl in Palace goes for the same amount. Let's say 4000 baht. Are you telling me that you will take a Palace girl sight unseen because for 4000 baht she must be young and beautiful?

Compared to beach road, discos, beer bars, LK metro, and soi 6? Yes! I would take a bar girl from Palace unseen compared to taking a freelancer unseen from beach road or anywhere else. One has a higher risk than the other.

I'm speaking generally, there is always an exception to the rule. Theres plenty of mongers walking around central festival and terminal 21 with solid looking freelancers. And freelancers obviously typically provide better GFE / chemistry than money hungry and time watching bar girls. There's a pro and con for everything.

My time is limited as a tourist, so my strategy is different. Obviously if I was an expat I would have all the time in the world to evaluate every single freelancer spot. I would go to every beer bar and disco every night to find the best freelancers. But on my trips, most of my time goes towards go-gos and if I have extra time I look for freelancers at discos. I walked beach road many times and did not find anything appealing at the rate of spending that same time reviewing 100+ WG in one spot with less walking at a go-go bar.

Prices have only risen if you tend to hang out in the places where East Asian tourists go. I haven't been down Walking Street in more than 6 years; I simply don't see any point. Same goes for the other 'tourist strips' like LK. You know your going to pay more than you need to, so why bother?

Every monger has different preferences and priorities. What works for me is I try to find at least one top stunner bar girl and 1 freelancer, and as a tourist time is not on my side. That doesn’t work for everybody. I’ve accepted that I’m playing in league with East Asians (go-gos on WS) but I recognize that no one here controls that. I took a WG from Palace yesterday (#405) and I was the first American she had ever been with. She said she’s only been with Chinese and Koreans.

To be fair, quoting a price without a picture of the WG is unhelpful. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but price is a factor with beauty and youth in Pattaya.

There are ugly and beautiful girls at every price point. Why do people act like if she is cheap then she must be ugly; if she is expensive she is beautiful? If that was the case then every single girl at all these gogos would be drop dead gorgeous because they all go for the same exorbitant price. But we know that is not true. One of the prettiest chicks I have been with I got from Beach Road for 500 baht back in the day.

This is my first trip in almost 5 years, and prices have gone up for me. Accommodation almost no increase, food. Barely any increase, beer. Inflation, girls. Maybe 10-20% increase in price. Hardly above inflation. The only notable exception is Soi 6, which used to be my regular haunt but is now part of the 'Tourist Strip'.

For those who are hung up on pricing, Soi 6 has become a a no go. Why? Because they want to take the girls out of the bar. If you want to fuck a soi 6 girl outside of the bar, they will get you for 2500 Barfine before 10 PM. It slowly goes down until closing time. If you don't want this, fuck them in the short time rooms above the bar. This is how the Nightwish group discourages taking the girls out of the bar early. They want them there drinking until midnight. I know managers there and they tell me if they didn't do this, all the girls would be gone by 10 PM and they may as well just close early.

Bar fine after midnight if the inflated price bothers you. Or just fuck them ST in the rooms upstairs.

2500-3500 Baht Long time for an overnight with multiple pops YMMV on the number of pops.
Give or take 500 Baht either way. These are the normal prices.

On the other hand, guys who post prices that are not realistic for bar girls, will give false expectations to the readers. Like the 1300 Baht LT guy. Thats just not a normal price to expect walking intone type of bar or even from a normal freelancer.

Finally, nobody ever wins a price debate.

Those are your normal prices. To me, your prices are unrealistic. I don't get why you insist on trying to normalise high prices. Are you a go-go club owner or smthg, is that your motive? You say you don't want to debate, yet you keep debating.
